Further Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the images.

Additionally contained in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling distinct areas of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
